How to reach Darjeeling is not at all a problem. Bagdora Airport is at a distance of about 96 kilometers from Darjeeling. If you wish to reach there by train, you can get down at the Darjeeling Railway Station, which is administered by the Darjeeling Himalayan Railways. Also, the bus services are quite comfortable. Many of the tourists prefer to drive their own cars to Darjeeling. The hilly terrain may create some difficulties for the drivers not habituated to such hilly roads. But if you are well familiar with the hilly roads, you can enjoy driving and sight-seeing both together.
